Dispatch

Once all funds have been received in full, then the items purchased will be dispatched. (delivery time is approximately three working days). Dispatch time is usually next working day. Therefore delivery will be the following working day from dispatch. This means items will be with you by the third working day from ordering. Unless our courier encounters any problems or there is severe weather.

Damaged/Faulty

Any items received damaged or faulty should be reported to Fryersmate within five working days. Once fryersmate have received the damaged or faulty item a replacement or refund will be provided. If an item is used and starts to fall apart, fryersmate should be informed as soon as possible. Skimmers are only guaranteed for three months.

Wrong orders

All items are checked by two members of staff before dispatch. Therefore the chances that you have received the wrong item is very low! In the instant that the wrong item has been sent we will exchange if within three working days. If you have ordered the incorrect item, you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods back, so please check sizes or call the office before ordering if you are not sure.

Any orders, ordered incorrectly or changes made or cancelled, will incur a 10% re-shelving and admin charge.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time. A full refund will be given. If items have been dispatched, you will be charged the postage. And when they have reached you, you should NOT sign for it. If you cancel your order  after receiving the goods, you will be responsible for the return of all goods.

Security

Our site is using (Sage pay, now OPAYO, part of Elevon) security system when paying by card. No card details are kept or stored by our company. We do NOT work with any third party, so your personal, address, details are not passed on.
